Mario F. Coppola, and Associate with the firm, practices in the areas of land use and zoning, municipal law, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, personal injury, and business law. He joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Coppola is a member of the American, Connecticut and Fairfield County Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is currently Secretary and an Executive Committee Member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Planning & Zoning Section, as well as Co-Chair of the Fairfield County Bar Association's Land Use and Zoning Section. He is also on the Executive Committee of the CBA's Municipal Law & Government Services Section. Mr. Coppola is active in the community. He has served as a Commissioner of the West Haven Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a Senior Member and Committee Chairman in the Walter Camp All American Football Foundation. He is on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Columbus Day Committee and he is a member of the Sons of Italy. Mr. Coppola received his Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Boston College (B.A., 2001), where he was inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Coppola earned his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 2004), where he was the 2003 National Italian Bar Association Scholarship winner and a Pudlin Scholar. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and United States District Court.
